Day 1 : Drive to Arughat (608m)-5 to 6 hrs then drive to Soti Khola (730m/2896ft) – about 2 hrs
Day 2 : Trek to MachhaKhola (890m/ 2,965 ft) – 5 to 6 hrs
Day 3 : Trek to Jagat(1400m)-6 to 7 hrs
Day 4 : Trek to Lokpa (2040 m)- 6 to 7 hrs
Day 5 : Trek to Chumling (2386 m)- 4 to 5 hrs
Day 6 : Trek to Chhokangparo (3,010m)- 5 to 6 hrs
Day 7 : Trek to Nile (3361 m) via visiting Visit Milarepa Piren Phu Cave on the way- 4 to 5 hrs
Day 8 : Trek to Mu Gompa (3700 m), visit Dhephyudonma Gompa (4060 m)- 3 to 4 hrs
Day 9 : Trek to Rachen Gompa (3240 m): 3 to 4 hrs
Day 10 : Trek to Gumba Lungdang(3,200m)- 5 to 6 hrs

Day 12 : Trek to Lokpa (2,240m)- Approximately 6hrs.
Day 13 : Trek to Ghap(2,380m)- Approximately 7 hrs
Day 14 : Trek to Lho (3,180m)- Approximately 6 hrs
Day 15 : Trek to Sama Gaon (3,530m)- Approximately 4hrs
Day 16 : Rest day in Samagaon (3,530m)
Day 17 : Trek to Larkya La Phedi (darma shala) (4,460m) – 5 to 6 hrs
Day 18 : Trek to Bimtang (3,590m) via crossing the Larkya la pass (5160m )- 7 to 9 hrs
Day 19 : Trek to Gho (2,515m) – 4 to 5 hrs
Day 20 : Trek to Tal (1,700m) – 4 to 5 hrs
Day 21 : Drive to Besisahar (4 to 5hrs) then Kathmandu (7hrs) at the same day
* Lodge accommodation (generally twin sharing room)
*All standard meals (lunches,dinner and breakfast) during the trek.
*Government liscence holder with very good english speaking trekking experienced and qualified trek leaders(8 or above trekkers: 1 assistant guide) and porter to help in heavy luggage ( 2 trekkers: 1 porter “9kg per trekker max limit).
*Coverage of guides and porter their meals,insurance,lodging,transportation,flight and other necessary equipment.
*Water purification tablets for safe drinking water.
*Trekkers information management system (TIMS) card fee.
*Snacks(cookies) and seasonal fresh fruits everyday.
*All government, local taxes and official expenses.
*Assistance in arranging rescue operation incase of complicated health condition (funded by travel insurance).
*Farewell dinner at the end of the trek.

*Nepal entry visa fees for multiple entries on arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport (15days – $25-30, 30days – $40-50 and 90days – $100-110).
*Excess baggage charge (limit is 9kg per person).
*All accommodation and meals in Kathmandu before and after we start our journey.*Extra night accommodation in Kathmandu due to early arrival or late departure , early return from trek.
